The Ethereal Pavilion is a masterclass in transparency and light. Designed by the renowned minimalist firm ArchiVoid, the residence sits as a silent observer to the Ojai Valley's dramatic topography. The design leverages structural glass and cantilevered concrete to minimize the footprint while maximizing the sensory connection to the outdoors.

Every material—from the hand-poured terrazzo floors to the cedar-clad ceilings—has been selected for its ability to age gracefully and reflect the changing light of the California sun.
